The Congress will cover most important fields of cancer research and
oncology, including numerous aspects of personalised management of cancer
patients.


The programme and high rank speakers guarantee a top scientific level of the
Congress.
We have selected the theme of the 42th Congress to be 'Oncology in the
Biomarker Era: Biology - Diagnostics - Therapy', to provide a platform for
all stakeholders involved in oncology, to share their knowledge, experience
and different points of view. We are expecting participants from all over
the world, scientists, doctors and laboratory medicine specialists.

5. The programme will include 20 sessions, including 4 plenary sessions and
2 round table discussions, poster sessions, as well as scientific sessions

6. Attendees: approx. 350 scientists from all over the world.

8. The confirmed honorary speakers include prof. Aaron Ciechanover, 2004
Nobel Prize laureate, prof. Herbert Fritsche, prof. Phil Gold, prof.
Ulf-Hakan Stenman.
9. The prestigious ABBOTT Award and 5 Young Investigators Awards will be
presented during the Congress.
10. The Congress will be held under the Patronage of the President of the
Republic of Poland.
11. The Congress is widely advertised by direct mailing and at  numerous
websites (eg. of NPG, of different Scientfic Societes).

satellite lectures/sessions.
