THE AIM OF THE CONFERENCE:
The last five years of the traditional international young scientists conference “Human – Nutrition – Environment” brought a spreading of the sections and keeping attention to the area of food science and biotechnology. Nowadays, biotechnology is one of the main innovative source for human health safety, human nutrition and environmental safety, which influences the increasing tendency of conference.
The aim of the conference is to present actual results in the field of biotechnology, food technology and environmental impact of various factors on the health and functioning of the human body. The main objective of the project is to integrate young scientists from Poland and foreign countries and exchange of their scientific experience. This conference is also part of the celebration of the 5th anniversary of the Student Scientific Group of Food Technologists "Ferment" so in addition there will be an opportunity to celebrate as well this event.
